What Should I Do If My Hobart Mixer Oil Gauge Reading Is Low?

Do not run the mixer while the oil level is below the indicator mark on the oil gauge. To refill the oil, turn off and unplug the mixer. Unfasten the two screws securing the top cover and remove the transmission fill plug. Add oil until it reaches the oil line on the gauge. Return the transmission plug and top cover before restoring power to the unit.
