Sales Tax

You are responsible for all applicable taxes or for providing valid sales tax exemption certificates. If your purchase is exempt from sales tax, please send your exemption certificate to [email protected]

Payment Terms

Terms of the payment are within Parts Towns sole discretion and, unless otherwise agreed by Parts Town in writing, payment must be received by Parts Town before its acceptance of an order. Parts Town will refund payments made for orders not accepted. Accounts with approved credit terms will be advised of the approved payment terms prior to order acceptance. Payment terms for such accounts may include payment by check or ACH. If payment is not made within the approved terms, Parts Town reserves the right to suspend or defer shipments until payment is received or, at its sole discretion, cancel all or part of any unshipped orders. If credit terms cannot be extended, or are revoked at any time, Customers may continue to transact with Parts Town by paying via credit card. Parts Town accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover which must be provided at time of order. Credit card payment is the preferred method for customers without approved credit terms. Credit care transactions are billed at the time of purchase. Delinquent balances more than 30 days past due will accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month (18% per annum), or the highest rate permitted by applicable law, whichever is less. The customer agrees to pay any and all costs and expenses incurred by Parts Town in collecting past-due amounts, including but not limited to legal, collection, and court costs.

By submitting your order, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and you authorize Parts Town to charge the total amount of your order (including taxes, shipping, handling, and other charges) to that payment method. If the payment method cannot be verified, is invalid, or is otherwise not accepted, the order may be suspended or cancelled at Part’s Town sole discretion. You agree to keep all payment methods current, and authorize Parts Town to process charges even if the payment method has expired or been updated by the time of processing. You further represent and warrant that you are solvent at the time any order is placed. You are responsible for promptly resolving any issues with your payment method in order to avoid delays or cancellations of your order.

Credit Balance

You agree that any credit balances will be applied within one (1) year of its issuance. IF NOT APPLIED OR REQUESTED WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR, ANY BALANCE REMAINING WILL BE SUBJECT TO CANCELLATION, AND PARTS TOWN SHALL HAVE NO FURTHER LIABILITY.
