How to Install a Perlick Front-Mounting Faucet
Changing out a front-mounting faucet doesn’t have to be difficult. Though there are quite a few steps, they are easy to follow. Learn how to install a Perlick front-mounting faucet to ensure your faucet runs perfectly with every use.
This guide covers the installation instructions for Perlick front-mounting faucets, including models 934GN-LF, 934-6LF and 934DJ-LF.
Perlick Front-Mounting Faucet Installation Instructions
Faucet Body Installation
- Step 1. Attach the flexible supply lines to the elbows on the faucet body.
- Step 2. Feed the supply lines through the mounting holes.
- Step 3. Feed the brass elbows through the mounting holes.
- Step 4. Secure the faucet body with the provided screws.
Gasket Installation
- Step 1. Install the faucet cover gasket.
- Step 2. Insert the top edge of the cover into the gasket groove.
- Step 3. Align the holes in the top cover with the faucet body.
- Step 4. Press the faucet cover into place.
Valve Installation
- Step 1. Turn the handle stem to close the valve before installing.
- Step 2. Insert the hot water valve assembly in the left opening in the faucet body.
- Step 3. Secure the valve in place by turning the chrome nut at the top of the valve.
Spout and Handle Installation
- Step 1. Secure the faucet handles to the stem of the faucet valve assembly.
- Step 2. Insert the bottom of the spout into the center opening of the faucet body.
- Step 3. Turn the threaded retention collar clockwise to tighten the gooseneck spout.
