Whether you need to add a recipe, change cooking steps, set the date or anything else, the Blodgett Invoq oven makes programming easy. Below, we break down the steps on how to program your oven so you can make delicious dishes effortlessly.

Creating and Editing Recipes

How to Create Recipes on Blodgett Invoq Oven

  • Step 1—Press the power button on the touchscreen to turn the unit on.
  • Step 2—Press the “Recipes” key on the home screen.
  • Step 3—Press the “Create Recipe” key. Then, press the three dots to access recipe details.
  • Step 4—Press the “Recipe Name” field to enter a desired name for the recipe.
  • Step 5—For easy access to the recipe after it’s created, press the “Favorite” icon to add the recipe to the Favorites view.
  • Step 6—If needed, press the “Description” field to enter a recipe description.
  • Step 7—Press the "Image” field to choose an image or icon for the recipe.
    • NOTE—You can use a pre-installed option or upload an image via USB.
  • Step 8—Press the “Groups” field to either assign the recipe to an existing group or create a new group for it.
  • Step 9—Press the checkmark icon in the upper right corner to save the recipe’s details.
  • Step 10—Tap “+ Add Step” to review recipe options.
  • Step 11—Continue to add steps until you have created the full recipe.
    • NOTE—You can set up steps for preheat temperature, hold time, load time notes, cooking modes and cooking temperatures while in this field.
  • Step 12—Press the checkmark icon twice to save the recipe.

How to Edit Recipes on Blodgett Invoq Oven

  • Step 1—Press the “Recipes” key on the home screen.
  • Step 2—Select the recipe you want to edit.
  • Step 3—Touch the “Edit” key in the upper-right corner of the selected recipe.
  • Step 4—Make your changes to the recipe, then press the checkmark icon to save.
    • NOTE—While in editing mode, you can add or move steps if necessary.

Changing Sounds

How to Change Sounds on Blodgett Invoq Oven

  • Step 1—Press the “Settings” key on the home screen. 
  • Step 2—Press the "General Settings” key. 
  • Step 3—Press the "Sounds” key, then choose “Sound.”
  • Step 4—Press the "Sound File" key and select the desired alarm sound.
  • Step 5—Press the "Repeat" key and set how often you want the alarm to repeat.
  • Step 6—Press the "Volume" key and set the desired sound level.
  • Step 7—Press the "Test Sound” key to confirm the alarm sounds are the way you want.
  • Step 8—Press the back arrows to return to the home screen.

How to Change Master Volume on Blodgett Invoq Oven

  • Step 1—Press the “Settings” key on the home screen. 
  • Step 2—Press the "General Settings” key. 
  • Step 3—Press the “Master Volume” key.
  • Step 4—Adjust to the desired volume setting.
  • Step 5—Once you’ve set the volume to your desired level, press the back arrows to return to the home screen.

Setting the Date, Time and Changing Units

  • Step 1—Press the “Settings” key on the home screen.
  • Step 2—Press the "General Settings” key.
  • Step 3—Press the "Time and Date” key.
  • Step 4—Press the "Set Time Zone" key and choose your time zone.
  • Step 5—Choose either the 12- or 24-hour setting.
  • Step 6—Choose your desired Month/Day/Year format.
  • Step 7—Press the "Set Time" key and set the current time.
  • Step 8—Press the "Set Date" key and set the current date.
  • Step 9—Once you’ve set the date and time, press the back arrows to return to the home screen.

How to Change Measurement Units on Blodgett Invoq Oven

  • Step 1—Press the “Settings” key on the home screen.
  • Step 2—Press the "General Settings” key.
  • Step 3—Press the "Units” key.
  • Step 4—Press the "Temperature Unit" button to toggle between °C (Celsius) and °F (Fahrenheit).
  • Step 5—Press the "Volume System" and choose between the metric or the US measurement system.
  • Step 6—Press the "Hardness Unit" and choose between dH (hardness degree) and ppm (parts per million).
  • Step 7—Once you’ve set the units of measurement to your liking, press the back arrows to return to the home screen.
