How to Use an AccuTemp Evolution Steamer
AccuTemp crafts high-quality steamers to produce perfectly steamed dishes every time. Luckily, they are also quick and easy to use. When you learn how to use an AccuTemp Evolution steamer, you can set it to meet your cooking needs with ease.
Using an AccuTemp Evolution Steamer: Instructions
- Step 1. Put the drain plan in place and close the drain valve.
- Step 2. Open the door and fill the steamer with 2.5 gallons of water or until the water reaches the water fill line.
- Note: If the steamer is hooked up to a water and drain line, the water will fill automatically and the steamer will begin the process of preheating once filled.
- Step 3. Close the door and press the power button.
- Step 4. Once preheated, the display will read COOK and it’s ready to use.
- Step 5. Open the door, load trays into the steamer and close the door.
- Step 6. Push the timer start button and use the up and down arrows to set the desired time.
- Step 7. Once the timer is up, press the timer button to turn it off.
- Step 8. Remove the trays or press the cook/hold button to change the mode.
