Why Won’t the Burner Light?

- Gas valve on/off switch turned off - Turn the switch to the on position.
- Failed ignitor - Contact an authorized service agent to replace the ignitor.
- Failed transformer - Contact an authorized service agent for assistance with checking and replacing the transformer.
- Loose connection at gas valve wiring harness - Check that the connector is securely plugged into the gas valve.
- Failed gas valve - Contact an authorized service agent to replace the gas valve.
How Do I Troubleshoot a Burner Backfiring?
- Burner screen failure or burner gasket - Replace as needed.

- Motor output voltage malfunction - An authorized service technician will need to check and make any replacements.
- Malfunction in speed module, speed control board or pick up voltage - Contact an authorized service agent to repair or replace as needed.
Why is Repeated Mechanical Binding Happening?
- Conveyor loose - Tighten the tension.
- Chain is backwards - Reinstall the chain correctly.
- Chain links are bent or warped - Straighten or replace any bad links and adjust the sprockets.
- Axle assembly is clogged or greasy - Clean the axle with an axle scraper.
- Axle assembly set collars, bearings, etc. aren’t secure - Reposition the set collars, bearings, etc. Tighten the set collar set screws.
- Axle assembly bushings and bearings worn - An authorized service technician will need to replace or repair these components.
- Motor drive chain assembly not rotating smoothly - Make sure there aren’t bindings or worn components
