Problem

Possible Cause

Solution

Unit won’t work (no indicator lights lit)

The unit is disconnected from power

  • Reconnect the unit to power
  • Reset the circuit breaker

Unit won’t work (buzzer sounds)

The fire suppression system hasn’t been set

Contact an authorized service technician

CHECK FILTER light is lit

The filter pack, pre-filter or baffle filter aren’t in position

Properly install the filters

REPLACE FILTER light is lit

  • The filter is nearing end of service life
  • The filter pack is plugged
  • The fire damper in the exhaust collar has closed
  • Arrange to replace the filters when the time comes
  • Replace the filter pack
  • Contact an authorized technician

SERVICE REQUIRED light is lit

  • One or more vacuum sensing lines or ports is plugged
  • There’s insufficient airflow
  • Contact an authorized service technician
  • Press VENTILATOR POWER SWITCH to OFF then back ON to reset the system
