In order to preserve your equipment and keep it running for longer, you need to use and load it properly. Otherwise units can stop working altogether causing downtimes for your business. If you haven’t filled the display before, you might be wondering what needs to be considered before starting. These tips on how to stock a Flexeserve Zone merchandiser can help guide you through filling up the case without accidentally tripping the safety shut-off.

Stocking Tips

  • Never place anything heavier than 44 pounds on the display surface
  • Ensure product is sealed in the proper packaging before stocking
  • Don’t cover exhaust vents
  • Wait to load product into the merchandiser until it’s reached the correct operating temperature
  • Don’t block fan plates
  • Product should be cooked before displaying
  • Use the controller to set the proper operating temperature for product being displayed before stocking
  • To avoid tripping the safety shut-off, never obstruct the rear fans of each zone
  • Ensure product is placed in the correct zone
    • Note: Consult user manual for zone settings and product recommendations
