This guide is applicable to Antunes tortilla warmer models such as the TW-100

Antunes Tortilla Warmer Not Working or Heating

  • Unit isn’t plugged in - Plug in the power cord.
  • Unit is turned off - Turn on the unit by pressing and holding the power button.
  • Circuit breaker is off or tripped - Turn on or reset the breaker.
  • Hi limit is tripped - Reset the hi limit. 
  • Component failure - Contact an authorized service technician to diagnose and replace failed parts. 

How to Reset an Antunes Tortilla Warmer Hi Limit

If the hi limit is tripped to prevent an overheat, you need to reset it to get the unit operating again.

  • Step 1. Uncover the switch - At the back of the unit, you’ll find a cover over the hi limit switch. Slide it up to uncover it.
    • Note: Wait for the unit to cool down before resetting. 
  • Step 2. Reset the hi limit - Press the hi limit button to reset it. 
  • Step 3. Cover the switch - Slide the cover back into position once you’re done resetting.
    • Note: If the unit hi limit continues to trip, contact an authorized service technician.
