How to Use a TurboChef i3 & i5 with OneTouch
Touchscreen controllers can seem intimidating to navigate through. The menus and options can at times feel overwhelming but with a handy guide, you’ll be operating it like a pro. This guide will show you how to use a TurboChef i3 and i5 with OneTouch controls.
Using a Turbochef i3 & i5 Oven
- Step 1. Power on the unit - Ensure the power cord is plugged in and turn on the oven by pressing the power button on the touchscreen. Then, wait for the unit to reach temperature.
- Step 2. Load the oven - Once the unit reaches temperature, use the spatula and proper trays, load product into the oven cavity. Then, close the oven door.
- Step 3. Select a program - Navigate the menu on the OneTouch controller to select the desired food group and item program. This will start the timer for that program.
- Note: If the desired program isn’t available, edit or create a new recipe.
- Step 4. Finish cooking - Once the timer runs out and product is properly cooked, remove the product with the spatula.
- Note: Wear heat resistant gloves when removing product from the oven.
