How to Set a Convotherm 4 easyTouch A la Carte Regenerate with a Core Temperature
- Step 1—Select the “Regenerate” button.
- Step 2—Select the A la carte regenerate function.
- Step 3—Enter the cooking temperature, followed by the core temperature by pressing the Core Temperature icon next to the Clock icon.
- Step 4—Adjust the fan speed by pressing the Fan icon to adjust the level bar next to it.
- Step 5—Adjust any additional functions by pressing the “+” button and selecting the functions that need to be changed.
- Step 6—Once the setting is complete, start the cooking process.
